Ρυθμίσεις Apple Mail για OS X

 

Your domain name must be active before your Email service will work. If your website comes up in your browser, then your Email service will work as well.

  1. Open Apple Mail
     
     
  2. From the Mail menu, select Preferences.
     
  3. Click Accounts on the upper-left of the Preferences pane.


  4. Make sure the Account Information tab is selected.  Then, choose POP from the Account Type pop-up menu.  Fill out the rest of the window as follows:

    Description: Anything you'd like
    Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com
    Full Name: Your Name
    Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
    User Name: Your POP3 username (set in Member OPS)
    Password: Your password 




  5. In the Outgoing Mail Server pop-up window, select Add Server...  The outgoing mail server is also mail.yourdomain.com
  6. Server port can remain 25. (If you later have trouble sending, try changing this to 24.)



  7. In the Authentication pop-up menu, choose Password.
  8. The User Name and Password should match the User Name and Password used in the incoming settings.  Say OK and you should be ready to start sending and receing mail!
